I’m Tatiana Chance,founder and director of Agence Chance — a France-based wedding planning agency for Franco-Russian and international couples.
For over 13 years, I have been designing weddings where cultures, languages, and family stories come together — with ease, elegance, and a sense of calm. I work in an international environment and guide each project in French, Russian, and English.
Having lived in France for over 20 years, I have a deep understanding of both French culture and the mindset of Russian-speaking clients. This dual cultural perspective allows me to anticipate each side’s expectations and create celebrations where everyone feels at ease — beyond language and cultural differences.
I act as the architect of your multicultural wedding: defining the planning strategy, orchestrating every stage, and taking full responsibility for the result — from venue selection to the wedding day itself.
For me, each wedding is far more than a collection of services — it is a carefully designed system, from the planning structure to the atmosphere of the day itself. My projects are fully bespoke experiences, where couples can truly immerse themselves in the moment, free from any logistical concerns.

Personal background and international experience
For me, wedding planning is far more than a profession. Having been married to a French partner myself, I have lived through my own cross-cultural love story and experienced firsthand what it means to create a wedding shaped by different traditions, languages, and expectations.
This experience taught me what matters most: a wedding at the intersection of cultures is both complex and profoundly meaningful, filled with emotion.
My life and professional experience in France, along with years spent in an international and diplomatic environment, have given me a deep understanding of diverse cultures, traditions, and ways of communication.
This experience has become the foundation of my approach to wedding planning. I have developed a refined sensitivity to the dynamics of cross-cultural interactions — something that cannot be taught, only lived. This is what allows me to design weddings where every guest feels at ease, and where cultural differences are not a challenge, but a defining richness of the celebration.
I handle every project personally. I don't care about quantity, but depth. That's why I limit the number of weddings per year, so that I can give myself to each project with abandon.
