Role of the coordinator:
Ahead of the wedding, I liaise with all your vendors and design a detailed timeline for the day, integrating each contribution. On the wedding day, I arrive on site in advance and coordinate every team — from the decorator and caterer to the photographer, DJ, and other professionals — while you focus on getting ready, your ceremony, and your photo session.
Role of the wedding host:
During the Cocktail Hour: I welcome guests in their native languages (French, Russian, English), creating a warm atmosphere and bridging the gap between different cultures.
In the Evening: I transition into the role of your Wedding Host (MC): setting the pace, coordinating key milestones, translating toasts, managing surprises, and ensuring a vibrant, harmonious celebration.
