Day D coordination

A wedding without a coordinator (wedding planner) are dozens of decisions,
that you'll have to accept: driving, in a dress, in an exciting environment.
A wedding with a coordinator - is when all the decisions have been made,
you just enjoy your day and we make sure it becomes your perfect memory.

What our services include:

• Pre-planning.
  We contact your vendors team and find out their timings and job specifics.
  As a result, we create a voucher - a program of the wedding day, in which all the stages are spelled out by the minute.
  Each vendor receives this program to complete their task in a timely manner.
• Technical inspection of the site of the celebration on the day of the event or in advance
  and allocation of each contractor's location: buffet, table arrangements, ceremony arches,
  flowers and décor, stage and performers, DJ and equipment.

During the event:

• welcoming guests and supporting your loved ones, especially if they come from different countries and do not speak French;
• managing your team of contractors;
• control over compliance with the timing of food serving and animation;
• transfer of final payments (if necessary);
• presence on-site until the opening of the dance party.
